Class Formats

The ways we practice.

We offer classes in the studio in Bend, and an online membership you can practice anywhere. Same formats, your choice of where.

Every class here is a real workout. You'll shake, you'll hold, you'll work.

We also breathe on purpose, and we slow down on purpose. You leave strong and calm at the same time.

If a hard workout used to fix your day and now it leaves you tired for two days, this is the class I made for that.

Perfect for all fitness levels. Modifications are offered so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.

Regulated Movement

Fifty-five minutes, full body, low impact. Barre, pilates and yoga style strength work: legs, glutes, core, arms. Small movements, long holds, a lot of shaking.

In between the work, breathing you can feel in your ribs. A few taps on the chest. A slow finish, so you walk out settled.

For you if you want to get stronger without ending the hour depleted. You've never done barre, or you did and it felt like a performance. Every move has an easier and a harder option. You pick.

Regulated Mobility & Core

For the stiffness that stretching doesn't fix. Hips, shoulders, mid back.

Slow, specific work on the joints that lock up when you sit, drive, or hold a kid all day. Then core work that holds you up through the day. Breath the whole way through.

You'll leave looser and taller. Good on its own, and good the day after a Regulated Movement class.

Nervous System Practices

Short videos, most under ten minutes. Tapping, breathing, a morning lymphatic series, a tapping series for sleep.

For the days you're wired and tired at the same time. For when you've been holding your breath since lunch. For 9pm, when you're exhausted and still can't settle.

No mat, no props. Do one at your desk, in the car or in bed.
